The contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, email address and what you want to track, plus your company, country or region, and phone or WhatsApp number if you filled them in. Along with it we record the language and address of the page you sent it from, the site you came from (its address only, never search terms), the time, and the country your connection comes from as reported by Cloudflare.
IP addresses
We do not store your IP address. To stop the same connection from sending the form over and over, the system keeps a one-way code computed from the IP address and deletes it automatically within a day.
What we use it for
We use this information to reply to your inquiry and to follow up on it, for example with a quote or a pilot. We process it because you asked us to get in touch. We do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing email without your consent.
Where it is kept
The website and the inquiry records are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., a US company, on its global network, so the information may be processed outside your country. Each inquiry is also emailed to our sales mailbox, sales@accuz.com.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The notification email in our sales mailbox is not deleted automatically; when you ask us to delete your information, we delete that email together with the record.
Seeing or deleting your information
To see or delete what you sent us, write to sales@accuz.com from the email address you used in the form. We reply by email once it is done.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Turnstile processes technical information from your browser, such as the IP address and browser characteristics, under the privacy policy of Cloudflare; we only receive whether the check passed. We also note whether the form was sent unusually fast, which helps spot automated submissions. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies, such as __cf_bm, to tell people from automated traffic.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, and Google processes information such as the pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. When the form is sent, we record an event called generate_lead that contains none of the form content. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Children
trakon.ai is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this page
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
